Governance

The NCCABC Board of Directors are community-elected in thirteen regions throughout the province, serving four year terms and function primarily as a “policy board”.

The NCCABC Board of Directors operates with two main committees: an executive committee, which is responsible for policies, personnel and providing direction to the management team; and the finance committee which oversees the financial reports of the association and provides recommendations to the executive committee. The Executive Director is responsible for the operations of the association and its activities.
